Also how can I enforce nosplit on mas_cntry?(I am trying create a master-detail report item sales)

SET ASNAMES=ON

TABLE FILE CAR
PRINT
CAR AS 'MAS_CAR'
MODEL AS 'MAS_MODEL'
BODYTYPE AS 'MAS_TYPE'
BY
COUNTRY AS 'MAS_CNTRY'
ON TABLE HOLD AS CAR_MASTER
END

JOIN MAS_CNTRY IN CAR_MASTER TO ALL COUNTRY IN CAR AS MC1
END

DEFINE FILE CAR_MASTER
CAR_INFO/A60 = '[' || CAR || '-' || MODEL || '-' || BODYTYPE || ']';
LARGE_TEXT/A600 = IF COUNTRY EQ LAST COUNTRY
THEN (SUBSTR(600, LARGE_TEXT, 1, ARGLEN(600, LARGE_TEXT, 'I3'), ARGLEN(600, LARGE_TEXT, 'I3'), 'A535')
|| ' - ' || CAR_INFO) ELSE CAR_INFO;

END

TABLE FILE CAR_MASTER
PRINT
COUNTRY IN +4 AS ''
CAR AS ''
MODEL AS ''
BODYTYPE AS '' OVER
LARGE_TEXT IN +8 AS ''

BY MAS_CNTRY AS ''
BY MAS_CAR AS ''
BY MAS_MODEL AS ''
BY MAS_TYPE AS '' FOLD-LINE

reFOCUSing
I removed the OVER from your code and the WRAP worked fine. I don't really know why remove that would make it work correctly.

Client wanted the large text information on a seperate line and it can be 0-600 characters long. Do I have any other options to solve this issue?

What is the difference between FOLD-LINE and OVER. I read the manul, but didn't understand completely.
