[CLOSED] Selectively showing top 5 or bottom 5 in pie chart
I am trying in infoassist 8.0.07. Here is what I am trying to do.

I am creating a Pie chart which will display a particular measure in terms of percentage. I just want to show top 5 Slices . I have much more than 5 Slices and want to limit it to 5 in the chart how do I do it in Infoassist.

BY HIGHEST/LOWEST 5 COLUMN_NAME

This will show you the top 5.. May be do the BY in a HOLD, and then do graph file hold...

 TABLE FILE TABLE_NAME
PRINT
METRIC
BY HIGHEST/LOWEST 5 DIMENSION
ON TABLE HOLD
END

GRAPH FILE HOLD...

Thanks,

Ramkumar.

When you are creating your Chart in IA, seelect your Slices field in the Quesry panel and either right click and choose "5" under
Sort -> Limit or in the Ribbon select 5 in the dropdown labeled "Limit" - you might need to switch to the "Field" tab to do this.

Switch between Up/Down sorting to get the Top or Bottom 5.

Hope this helps
