Any way to control the order of the user profiles that in the reporting server consoles' dropdown box? Running Unix/AIX env. under WF 5.3.6? In Windows, the order is alphabetized; however, it seems in Unix, last entered appears last without re-alphabetizing it in ascending sort order the next time you log on. Any suggestions? Thx..

Hi ihf,

Has this issue been resolved?

The trace shows that the data from a directory read is returned in time order not alphabetically.

If you would like to pursue further, the suggestion is to contact Information Builders' Customer Support Services and open a case regarding the issue, then our consultant can further check with programming.

To open a case, you may either call at 1-800-736-6130, or access the online system InfoResponse. Here is a list of information to be ready when you call: http://techsupport.ibi.com/before_you_call.jsp.

Hope this helps. Big Grin

Cheers,

Kerry

Kerry, a request to programming has been made by an ibi'er. A case is opened, and a solution (temporary) one has been sent in the interim. Thanks.
