We're running on 7.7.03 in a self service environment.

I was recently alerted to an intermittent problem with a PDF report failing to run - the users get a blank Adobe Reader alert window. I have been trying to reproduce it to further troubleshoot, but can't. The users rerun the report and it runs successfully.

The report in question is run at several critical intervals each day by 20-40 different users within the same 5-15 minute window. The issue appears to happen during these high traffic periods, so I'm looking at our edaserve.cfg file to see if we can make any changes that would help improve performance.

Any suggestions after looking at our edaserve.cfg file below to try out? I'm going to continue to try and reproduce the issue to get more data, but traces are going to be a bear to dig through considering the volume of jobs running at the same time during this window. Thanks - Robin
