[CLOSED]Duplicate Emails from RC
We heard from a client that they are receiving duplicate emails with RC attachments. (Yes, two is better than none Smiler ).

Has anybody encountered this situation and how did you resolve the issue?

What's the source of the email addresses? Address file, dynamic distribution list, manually enter email addresses in the distribution section of the RC job, something / someplace else? We need to know the source of your emails list...

We have a distribution list that includes both single emails and group emails. The emails are in a profile for each company's report

Have you confirmed that the client's address is not part of a mailing group and included as a single email address in the distribution list ?

At for look, I'd say that the duplicate email addresses are included both as single emails and in a profile for each company's report.

Can you identify the schedule id for the duplicate emails? Are they the same schedule id's? If so then check to make sure the email isn't part of a group email as well as included as a single.

If not you might have previously set up a similar schedule for the same information, then deleted and it's still active and running in the repository. In the repository you can find this information in the BOTSCHED table and the columns schedule id and Active.
