I created an Active HTML Report.But I need the following options to be removed from the PopUp menu bar.
1. Save Changes
2. Comments
3. Send as email

I tried the to uncheck them from the Report Painter 'Options' button.But there was no option to disable them.

Also is there a way to define the position where the PopUp menu bar must get displayed? Because when i click on the down arrow in a particular column,the Pop Up is not getting displayed exactly below the down arrow.

Also I dont see any difference in the pop up menu when I use
MENU-LOCATION=TOOLBAR (OR)
MENU-LOCATION=COLUMN

This is the code that Iam using.

TYPE=REPORT,
GRID=ON,
WIDTH = 7.0,
FONT='TIMES NEW ROMAN',
SIZE=10,
COLOR='BLACK',
BACKCOLOR='NONE',
STYLE=NORMAL,
LINES-PER-PAGE=30,
CALC-LOCATION=BOTTOM,
MENU-LOCATION=TOOLBAR,
ALLOW-FILTER=ON,
ALLOW-CHART=ON,
ALLOW-EXPORT=ON,
ALLOW-VISUALIZE=OFF,
$
TYPE=REPORT,
OBJECT=MENU,
$
TYPE=REPORT,
OBJECT=STATUS-AREA,
JUSTIFY=CENTER,
$
TYPE=REPORT,
OBJECT=CURRENT-ROW,
HOVER-BACKCOLOR=RGB(255 204 153),
BACKCOLOR=RGB(153 204 255),
$
TYPE=REPORT,
OBJECT=CALC-AREA,
$

Please let me know what I need to add in the code for the above changes to get reflected.

Thanks

Hi Poongs,

Has this issue been resolved?

The following online document may be of interest:
How to remove "e-mail and save" options from Active Reportng

It "MAY" have changed for newer releases, or be slightly different, so if you can provide us with more details on the release you are using, we may be able to provide more suggestions.

Hope this helps. Smiler

Cheers,

Kerry

I still have few more questions. As posted earlier :

Is there a way to define the position where the PopUp menu bar must get displayed ?

Also I dont see any difference in the pop up menu when I use
MENU-LOCATION=TOOLBAR (OR)
MENU-LOCATION=COLUMN

Ideally ,one of the options above will display the popup as a vertical menu while the other will display it as a horozontal bar.
But it is not working for me. Please let me know if i need to add something to the code.

Thanks
Poongs.
