Good day to all, esp. WebFOCUS Gurus,

I am a WebFOCUS newbie but I am the server administrator of another BI tool. I was recently "volun-told" to maintain the WebFOCUS platform.
So, I need some help regarding WebFOCUS Server Administration.
What class(es)/training(s) should I need take first to get a good understanding of the tool?

Here's my first task:
Our company has an instance of WebFOCUS 7.6.9 and we are planning to upgrade to 7.7.03.

Any help is appreciated.

There are not that many admin classes out there, but there are a few. I would question how you are utilizing Webfocus as to what class you would take.

As far as upgrading, to go to 7.7.03, you will need to do a full install as my understanding going from 7.6 to 7.7 is not an upgrade.

If you are just maintaining the system (and not developing reports) course 961 is the one.
