I've been facing an unusual issue with the time and dates for ReportCaster when scheduling reports. I have checked the following.

1. All server times are updated to reflect day light saving
2. All user accounts have the times updated, including the webfocus user that uses ReportCaster
3. MySQL that connects to ReportCaster has the updated time

The Next Run time has jumped between 8 to 12 hours ahead of the time and is getting confused between the AM and PM format. The times have been adjusted for Daylight Savings in every section but something is wrong from where it picks up the time for ReportCaster.

I think that there is some config file within ReportCaster that has been corrupted and needs to be aligned to suit the server times. Is this stored in a variable within the ReportCaster database? If so does anyone know which table we can use to change/reset it.

I have restarted all appropriate servers (Tomcat, ReportCaster and Reporting) multiple times after the system changes but the issue still persists. Anyone who has come across this issue could shed some light on this?

Thanks,

There is no specific setting in RC for Daylight changes. Once you update the machine time in which RC is installed, schedules will be triggered based on New Time of the machine.

Hello,

I'm having this issue with the RC job times not updating. The time just change yesterday morning and my reports are all running an hour off. The time of the machine the RC server is installed on has the correct time.

Any suggestions?
