Hi Vikram,

-DEFAULT : Set default values for local or global variables. Supplying default values to variables.

-SET : You can store the result of a function in a variable or assign a value to variable.

There is also a difference related to autoprompting. If there is not a value specified for a -SET variable, it is always prompted for.

The -DEFAULTS is treated differently depending on where you are running the focexec and the setting of WF_decribe. There is also a new command called -DEFAULTH which prevents variables from being prompted for in the HTML Layout Painter.

This information is very well documented. You might want to download a manual or two.
