Data table width when displayed in a portal

Dear all,

I'm quite new to WF, and so I apologise for the simplicity of my question!

I've been building a portal in WF 8.0.0.8 in order to display data tables. The fex's for the data tables have been created and work as expected.

My problem is that when they're displayed in the portal, the data tables do not stretch to fill their "containers." For example, if a portal page has two columns to equal width, the data table will not fill its allocated 50% of the page. Instead, it will only fill around half of it.

If there a way to make my data tables fill their allotted areas?

Many thanks for your help/
