Is there someone using the command KILL_RPC_ERR? To me it seems it has no effect of what I suppose it would do: not showing 'Error' in the ReportCaster when you end the process using KILL_RPC.
Suggestions anyone? Thanks. This message has been edited. Last edited by: SWES,

What do you mean by "not showing Error"?
Documentation I found about that variable ( DN4500927.0908 ) says that setting &&KILL_RPC_ERR to 'N' stops the "On Error Notification" mechanism so no error notification email would be sent, but it doesn't say anything about whether the schedule is flagged as "Error" or "No Error" upon execution.
So, what exactly are you noticing? Are you still being sent an email Error notification even when setting the variable to 'N'?
Thank you for the explanation nsjden. I don't know in what documentation you found this, but now I understand what the function is suppose to do. My idea was that it wouldn't show the 'No error' flag in ReportCaster as you explain.
Thanks again.
