Does anyone know if I setup a bunch of users on the sandbox server but I want to migrate them into production server is there any easier way then having to redo them all over again? Same with jobs setup to run in the sandbox. Thank you all in advance.

Take a look at the WebFOCUS and ReportCaster Installation and Configuration for Windows Version 7 Release 6.1 and Higher document.

Look for the "Migrating Your ReportCaster Repository" chapter: "Tools are installed with the ReportCaster Distribution Server to extract data from one repository and load it into another. This allows you to migrate between different ReportCaster releases and database repositories."

There is a repository migration tool available and it is documented in the installation manual. However, you need to be aware that since you are moving to a different server, there may be issues, as the default server where a job is to run is one of the properies stored in a schedule. If it moves to another server, those records must be updated appropriately.
