[SOLVED] Code needed to set the row height in an Excel file
Is there STYLESHEET code to set the row height in an Excel file? If so, what is it?

Preferably in WebFOCUS 8x

Doug,

I think that's something you need to use a macro for. To my knowledge WF doesn't pass those sort of commands...

I've never attempted it but I think you'll need to create and use an Excel Template.

Thanks Guys, That's what I thought. Frowner I can't keep up with every great new feature, as can any of us. Macros and Temaplates may be implemented.

I do it all the time with a macro enabled workbooks. Unless it is just an adhoc report, almost every excel output contains a formatting macro. My users are not that sophisticated and we use macros to do a lot of repetitive tasks like freeze panes, turn on auto filter, draw borders (I've never figured out how to do borders in WebFOCUS the way I like and it is just too easy in excel). You can also do a lot of cool stuff like filtered subtotals, auto fit column widths, adjust row-heights and vertical center cells just to name a few.

Thanks John,

We have a lot (200+) users and don't want to get into showing them Excel stuff. It's hard enough, sometimes, to keep up with them in the Wonderful World of WebFOCUS (W3) Smiler. But, it al works out in the end.
