I have a question for all those webfocus experts working at big companies that have a lot of developers(20-50). How is your domain structure in MRE specific to where the developers develop their code.?

Do you usually have domains for each developer where they develop reports , move it to lets say sales domain for sales users to access it.?
OR
Do you have folders by each developer with in a single domain that is meant for development?

We have only a few developers but anyway.

We made a domain for each department.
Like
- Sales
- Purchasing
- Marketing

We have a domain "Development" with for each developer a subgroup.

And we have a domain "Usertest" where we can put .fex's for "fieldtesting".

and for anyone following up:
What is the common ratio of developers-endusers or developers-reports?

We have seperater servers for developmen, User testing and Production. We then keep the domain names consistent across the environments. Developers do code modifications in development and they are then moved up to the rest. So we have domains based each area, Sales, Marketing, etc and also have domains for large projects. We try to avoid haveing subgroups specific to an individual.
