i just made a cluster join and this is in the generated .acx file.

Could that string be the locations of objects used in the GUI ? (i.e. : top, left, width, height, etc)

Try changing some of the values to see if it blows up, or makes a subtle difference in the GUI design ?

My motto is, if you change one thing at a time, you can't go too far off ! (and you can probably get back to where you were ?)

I haven't come across that problem yet, but have fun !

well whadya know... i looked up GUI_PARAMS on the tech support search and found pretty much just what you suggested, Charlz.
they seem to be the page locations on the gui image of the join..the tech support site says its data migrator, but the idea is the same.
so you're right, i can nuke with impunity Smiler
