I am running version 8.0.9. I am new to Web Focus so I will apologize for a newbie question.
I have a user that does not see the administrator button on the portal.

I have a role "Developer" that has access to wf_role_Developer. This role has access to the functions I need to give the user.

I cannot figure out how to assign a role to a user?

You need to go to Security Center then move/assign the user to proper Developer group.

Each customer has its own security model so I can't say exactly where to go (which security group) but it will be accomplished from Security Center.
