What do you mean by "locking up"?

You may want to take a look at the server log:

drive:\ibi\srv53\wfs\edaprint.log

Or the logs of your web server, mine is Tomcat:

C:\Program Files\Apache\Tomcat5\logs

it is the user ID for the EDASERVE under the Data Server in Dev ST 7.62 we are trying to pin point it down to a time that the server gets lock so we can figure out if it is a web report or someone has included a wrong PW when they loaded the Credentials for the EDASERVE.

Thanks

Francis

Where do I update my Signature again, I thought I did this weeks ago but did not see it in my message.

Chuck, unfortunately, it's not clear where the signature is. It's not the User Profile Prod, Dev, Platform fields.

This is how you get to edit the signature:

Go > Personal Zone > Profile > View/Edit Complete Profile

Look for "Public Profile Fields" of the Edit Profile page. Under the Avatar / Picture URL is the "Signature" field.

Here is a suggested format for the signature using a little CSS for styling:

<span style="font-size: 10px; color: navy;">
<hr size="1" noshade width="100%" color="navy">Prod: WebFOCUS 5.3.3 CGI - Self Service - AIX 5.2 - IBM DB2
Test: DevStudio 5.3.4 Servlet - Self Service - MS Windows XP SP2 - Apache Tomcat 5.0.28
ServletExec - MS SQL Server
Output: HTML, Excel 2000 and PDF</span>
