Hi,

I had scheduled a report in reportcaster. The report is fetching 89 Lakhs records. This schedule gave an error. We divided the report output for 40 Lakh records and 49 Lakhs records.
Now the first schedule file with 40 Lakh records worked but the second one with 49 Lakhs records gave error. now again distributing the report in to 40 Lakh and 9 Lakh worked properly.

My question here is there any specific
row/record limit on the report scheduled?
Does the limit change with report output format?

Thanks

Yes there is a limit based on output format. EXCEL 2000 supports only 65K rows and Excel 2003 onwards supports around 1 million rows.

Search in google for excel row limit. You get more details on this.

Also share the error message that you receive.

It could be a timeout issue from either DB or WF server too.

Thanks,
Ram
