I've deployed some apps from v5 to v7 and the testing works fine for these applications, however the same process is not working for another app. One particular app where all the modules comiled and deployed with zero errors or warnings seems to fail when attempting to access the deployed Web pages. I receive a similar error message when attempting to test any of the .mnt files as follows:

(FOC03847) MntEX Compile failed for DAR000
(FOC03704) Cannot find the file : DAR000.MNT :.

I receive the same error even if I switch browsers to Firefox or try a different module within the app group. Also doesn't seem to matter where or how I test (local deploy, MVS deploy, wfmstart, etc.) the Maintain module.

If this truely is a syntax issue within the code, how do I determine where the issue is if there are no errors in the deploy process?

Make sure that the .mnt files are part of the project rather than just being visible within the project in Dev Studio. Right click on mnt files and Add to Project.

I've had this recently.

Thanks for the suggestion Alan, when I did click right there is an option to "Remove from project" which seems to indicate they are part of the project.

Please check the paths.

How are the Maintains being called, self-service, MRE, dashboard?

Inside of Dev Studio, can you right click on the MNT file and Run?? Can you run locally? Also, check your EDASPROF and add the projects to the Path. This can help.

Right click and run produced the same issue. Also same issue local or on the server. A change to the EDASPROF did fix the issue.

The EDASPROF did not have the projects in the path, it was missed somehow. Adding this project to the path fixed the issue. Thanks for the great tip!
