We are testing version 7.7.03 in Windows 2008 Server and we have a report using .mht template created using excel 2003, and that works well in webfocus 7.6.10 in Windows 2003 box. However I saw the error message now: "TEMPLATE FILE: Error opening file" in 7.7.03.
Does anybody know if .mht template is still supported in WF7.7.03? If it is still supported, what are the possible reasons I am getting this error.
