We are testing version 7.7.03 in Windows 2008 Server and we have a report using .mht template created using excel 2003, and that works well in webfocus 7.6.10 in Windows 2003 box. However I saw the error message now: "TEMPLATE FILE: Error opening file" in 7.7.03.

Does anybody know if .mht template is still supported in WF7.7.03? If it is still supported, what are the possible reasons I am getting this error.

What format were you holding the excel files as ?

Just a thought, but does the format need to be the same for the template and hold format.

We are holding like this: ON TABLE HOLD AS HOLD9 FORMAT EXL2K TEMPLATE 'HOLD8' SHEETNUMBER 9

Hope IBI people can give me the answer.
