I have installed Developer Studio 7.1.1 on a user's machine under his ID. The correct version of Java is already on the machine. The installation went well. I have no problems with the configurations. The user can log into my Developer Studio.

The user drills down in his Developer Studio through the folder tree without problems until he gets to the Applications folder. When he double-clicks this folder, (WFC 32033) ERROR OCCURED, RC = 32033 appears on the right side of the folder tree.

He has reinstalled twice, and he is still getting this error. He has also readded the Development Environment.

Any ideas?

1. First make sure, are you able to log on to Webfocus server console and see the procedures.

http://servername:8121/cgiatt.exe

2. Check your edasprof.prf to see whether you have the path mentioned.

What version of webfocus you have?

Are you able to get in to Webfocus server console?

Try login there and see are you able to see the files under Procedures menu.

He could not log in to the Console. Hmmmmmm...

I bet there might be an issue with his EDASERVE ID.

What do you think?

Yes.

I use to get this issue often whenever I change my windows password because in 716 version the WF server password is tied with windows password. Whenever your windows password changes you need to reset that password on your Webfocus Server console.

Fix his EDASERVER Id and try.

Hope it helps
