How long did it take you from WF6 or WF7 to WF8?

Obviously, there are a great deal of variables depending on the company and business you are in, but just curious.

I have seen most say around 6 months, anybody shorter or longer than that?

I went from 7.7.4 to 8.x. It took me and another person 3 months to convert our code. We only had 7.7.4 for about 2 years.

8.x was a major release and introduced an architectural change from 7.x, so the process requires more time and a lot more careful planning. There was a whole new DBMS based repository and a new security model.
