Hi,

I have installed 7.6.11 client and reporting server in AIX using websphere as the app server.
when I click on "Session Monitor" under Diagnostics in the client console I get the HTTP 500 error.

An HTTP 500 error has been returned while processing the web components. The application server log contains information on why this error has occurred. Contact your application administrator or your software vendor support center for further assistance.

Can anyone please help me with this issue...

Did you look at those logs? There should be an entry with further details on this error. Be aware that the http 500 message is a generic one, you will not find this error message in the logs. But you will find an error situation that, in the end, results in the http 500 error.

An HTTP 500 error indicates that the server can not find one or more of the components. Unfortunately, it is a generic message that can be anything. If you can't get enough information from the server log to identify what is wrong with your installation (either something is missing or something is referrenced wrong), open a case and IBI will help you identify the problem.
