Hi All,

When you run a report and after few seconds if you close the browser the agent still shows in the server.

If 2 or 3 user same the same thing then you will see 3 agents running in the server and occupying the cpu usage.

How we can identify those agents and remove it?

OR

How we can kill the agent when we close the browser?

Thanks in advance,

You could try setting the "idel_session_limit" it defines the time that connected agents will wait for the client.
