I created a content folder and an application folder called InfoAssist. I put the synonyms that I want my InfoAssist users to use in the InfoAssist application folder. I want the InfoAssist users to only see those synonyms. But we have an application folder that is our default folder that the whole system sees. This is setup in the system setups. Can I make the InfoAssist folder not see the default folder. I already went into the properties and removed it from the list, but the other synonyms still show up when creating a report.

I accomplished this by creating a group in my security center, say "RollYourOwn".

Then, in the reporting server console, create a group profile and name it "RollYourOwn". You can then copy the contents of EDASPROF (the site profile) and knock off anything you don't want, like all those extra folders in APP PATH.
