1) Could you please help me in adding my configuration to signature in my profile?

2) I am creating a report in which subtotal is to be calculated which I am able to do. Now if the subtotal is negative the color should be red which I am not able to do. Can anyone help me in this?

For example, if the field you are totaling is calles NSALES, you can use the following: 
TYPE=SUBTOTAL, COLUMN=NSALES, COLOR=RED, WHEN=NSALES LT 0, $

And, as for your profile:
Click on the word GO, at the top of this topic. Hover over Personal Zone and click Profile. In the Profile page, click on View/Edit complete profile.
Halfway down, just below Avatar, you'll find the box where you can enter your signature data. When doen click on Submit, all the way down the page.
