We send the following command to an external webserver to get a dynamic xml document.

filedef abc http://www.getdata.com

Occasionally, the external webserver does not send back data due to server error or bad request and returns an http status code of 500. Webfocus displays an empty report because it got no data. We would like to look at the http status code to know that we had an error instead of no data. Does anyone know how to look at the status code within webfocus or have webfocus report an issue. We do have set emptyreport=on ... we have tried emptyreport=off and it didn't seem to make a difference.

We would like to look at the html return code within webfocus and respond accordingly. Has anyone else done this?
