[CLOSED] Barcode font in PDF and ExL2K not matching

Barcode font for PDF is Code39a but for excel its not there and it doesnot recognize that font
So currently we are using 3 of 9 Barcode font in EXL2k but its not matching with pdf.
So now both the barcode values are different. Please suggest a solution for this. Its very urgent.

Do you have Code39a locally ?

I can only assume that excel doesn't recognise the font.

Yes may be as i dont see code 39a in the font list of Excel.
What could be the next step Waz?

I would have thought that the next step was to get the font onto the PC's that are using the excel document.

But this report is used by multiple users may be a count of 200 people. Do we need ton install in all PCs? Or there is process by which we can install it in config files?

Unfortunately not, because MS Excel relies upon client machine font libraries.

Does that mean in each machine this font should be installed?

I would suggest googling it.

Last time I did it I just dropped the font file (ttf) into the fonts directory under windows and it is auto installed.
