We have upgraded to WF 8.2 Server and Client, and are wanting to set the sign out link from a portal to 're-direct' back to the sign in page. I have searched and cannot find where to do this at in 8.2. In 8.1 you would modify the 'IBI_Signout_Redirect_URL' in the administrative console, but I do not see anything remotely close to that in the administrative console on 8.2.
Does anyone know where this is configured at?
Thanks, Syd.This message has been edited. Last edited by: FP Mod Chuck,
The IBI_Signout_Redirect_URL setting specifies the URL to which signed-out users are directed. By default, this is a slash mark(/), which brings the user back to the WebFOCUS start page, but you can specify another URL here. In WebFOCUS release 8.2, the Administration Console was revised, and the IBI_Signout_Redirect_URL setting was moved. To configure the IBI_Signout_Redirect_URL, follow these steps:
Access the Administration Console.
Click the security tab.
Select the security zone followed by Authentication. For example, select the default Security Zone.
From the top right, select Options.
The Authentication Options popup will appear to allow you to enable and set the custom logout.

The link you sent was for 8.1 and under, I am testing in 8.2. It has changed from 8.1 to 8.2, but thank you for your input, it is greatly appreciated!
I am going to keep this 'open' (not solved) because even though I was able to get the sign out button on the portal to re-direct to the sign in page, when signing in from the re-directed sign in page, I get a 'The Value of this Variable is Invalid! 'wf_target_url'' message. I want to update this post with the resolution so when anyone else has this issue, both fixes will be posted.
