I have users that will have scheduled jobs and every time there their password on the iseries changes they have to update their password, is there a way to auto update their password via webservices so that is doesn't mess up there scheduled jobs for a few days and so they don't have to update it everytime?

Can you please refer to the following manual? Please refer to the functions ( Page 265) where there is an update to the property - Updating the User's Property Information (page 290).
ReportCaster Web Services

This documentation describes how to utilize Web Services for ReportCaster features. It
describes the functions available through ReportCaster Web Services structures used in
function parameters and output.
