I have users that will have scheduled jobs and every time there their password on the iseries changes they have to update their password, is there a way to auto update their password via webservices so that is doesn't mess up there scheduled jobs for a few days and so they don't have to update it everytime?

Can you please refer to the following manual? Please refer to the functions ( Page 265) where there is an update to the property - Updating the User's Property Information (page 290).
