I keep getting this weird error whenever I try to delete/save my reports through either Developer (5.3) or WebFOCUS. Whenever I try to save or delete through Developer, I get the error "Unable to save file..."

Throught the online WebFOCUS, I get the error
"ERROR_MR_NO_USER" whenever I try to delete. Or sometimes it's "UNKNOWN ERROR 307".

Has anyone run into this? We believe it may be the WebFOCUS service? Any suggestions as to what to look for?

Thanks

We've had the unknown error 307 when we try to remove an entry from the graphical that got changed or deleted behind the scenes at the disk drive level. Something has messed up the 'tree' and it takes a manual intervention some where. Can you do a save as? or copy in dev studion?

G,

Without knowing what platform (OS)you are on, these may or may not apply.

1. Check directory permissions on your ibi directory. Foolow the guidlines in the IBI Security manual.

2. If Report Caster and MRE are installed, sync those repositories.

Hope this helps,

Kevin
