NOSPLIT getting EDA no data

I'm getting an EDA no data when I put ON byfield NOSPLIT into my report. It seems to only be this report because I'm using it in other reports. Has anyone ran into this problem before? Any ideas?

I read through your code and did some research on this issue, then I came to the idea that this "EDA no data" message is relatively generic, which can appear in many different situations. For this particular scenario, the following documents may be of interest:

Have you also tried to change
ON TABLE PCHOLD FORMAT &OUTPUT
to ON TABLE PCHOLD FORMAT PDF? Will this work for you.
