I'm getting an EDA no data when I put ON byfield NOSPLIT into my report. It seems to only be this report because I'm using it in other reports. Has anyone ran into this problem before? Any ideas?

Have you also tried to change
ON TABLE PCHOLD FORMAT &OUTPUT
to ON TABLE PCHOLD FORMAT PDF? Will this work for you.

Using Printplus in 7.1.3 works with Nosplit but in 7.1.0 it does not work.
