When I try to schedule a fex with multi-select variables, I cannot select the values since the only option that is presented is "No selection". Is this a "feature" or am I doing something wrong?

i.e. WHERE SLSNAME EQ &Salesman.(OR(FIND SMNAME IN EISSM)).Salesman.; ---> works in MRE but not from ReportCaster scheduling

Your WHERE clause is built friendly for interactive jobs that users can see the drop down list of all salesmen in the file. When scheduling jobs, the scheduler expects you to supply a specific value for the salesman(one or all). You just have to change your WHERE clause to SALESMAN EQ &Salesman OR &Salesman EQ 'ALL', and supply proper value for the scheduled job.

I am currently schedule a bursting report by salesman. I wish WF allow a catch all email receipient, because I want some directly go to the salesmen, and the rest go the manager. And I have to specify every single salesman that goes to the manager.

Thanks for the reply Hua and it appears that it's working the way you described but page 114 of the ReportCaster Development and Administration manual says it should work with a dynamic list just as I have coded it. I've opened up a case with IBI and they also said that it should work as the manual indicates and are looking into what I have wrong...

I had a similar problem although it dealt with qualified names and your code doesn't seem to use that but maybe there is a relation. Here is my post: https://forums.informationbuilders.com/eve/forums/a/tpc/...451088692#2451088692

I looked a your thread Rick and I'm not using qualified names as you said. Thanks for the post. I guess I'm just waiting on IBI to figure something out.
