Pivot table error

I've created an excel pivot table using Webfocus, but I'm the only person that can open it. Other users are getting this error:

Missing file...Servlet?PG Func=GETFILE&PG MRsaved=&PG File=xkwbphab.xml

If they click ok the report will open, but they can't drill down on the data.

I'm using 7.1.4, Tomcat on XP2.

Thanks!

Somehow you are not saving the cache. When you save the excel file, change its file type to xls, then you will have incorporated the xml into it.

Ok my team and I did some testing with Reportcaster and encountered the same issue. After searching the forum again we noticed that I had left out this important piece of code:

SET WEBARCHIVE=ON

Thanks,
trying

Thanks!
