Does anyone know why I am not able to view these? I used to be able to but now no matter what server I am on I can't view them. Or should I say nothing comes up. Any and all help is greatly appreciated.

Can you use a WebFOCUS report directly against the tables, BOTLOG and BOTLOG2? Or get to them with native SQL if the repository is non-FOCUS? Are you the admin or can you talk to your admin?

I'm back-up admin. It will run the report but when I go to look at the log nothing comes up.

As I mentioned, try running a request against the log outside of WebFOCUS if your repository is relational. Also, check your auto log purge job under Schedule Logs, owner System, schedule SYSP0000 to see if it is running without errors and also check under Configuration for the number of days.

Latigresa,

Please tell us what kind of data base the RC repository is in. Also can you get to the data outside of WebFOCUS? Can you write a WF report against BOTLOG?

Thanks everyone. I was able to figure it out. It seems the firewall was blocking it. Thanks again.
