I read the "Where is InfoAssist" thread that Susannah posted late last year. My boss just got back from a Summit session and is all hopped up on it. The thread said you had to contact IBI and then later said she found it under the Domain Tree. I've downloaded the InfoAssist manual and tried to access it under the domain tree (as well as the other ways) and it's not there. Do you still have to contact IBI first to turn it on or something? Thanks in advance for anyone who can help.

InfoAssist for MR as well as Personal InfoAssist are licensed products.
After having been licensed they will be available in the dashboard environment.
