I am having trouble getting two lines to appear over the top of a couple reports that I have on a compound document. The lines appear to layer over the top of the reports unless the reports have a solid background color. I have played around with the z-index and the order on which things appear in the code to no avail. Below is the code for the compound document. I'm hoping someone can help me figure out this mystery.

Also, I have gone into the GUI and used the "bring to front"/"send to back" commands on these objects and that also didnt work.

The two lines in question are the objects called 'line18' and 'line19' in the code below.

Can you update your signature with the version of WebFOCUS 8 you are using? Is this being developed using Dev Studio or AppStudio?

Can you embed a picture of what the report looks like? Look at FAQ to help with posting an image.

Are the lines supposed to be above the reports or running under the reports?

I am using Dev Studio to build the report. The lines are supposed to go above the reports.

Unfortunately because of some sensitive company data, I cant post a picture of what the current report looks like.
