Take a look at the documentation for iframe - alt or title is not an iframe attribute.

Mozilla Developer Network - HTML - iframe

Thank you once again Francis,
File inside iframe are the webfocus reports, I have no knowledge if I can add "alt" or 'longdecs" on a WF report.

Can you tell us what you would like to do? Is this pop-up html "title" tag supposed to display a description of the contents (the report) of the iframe?
