is there a way to make two launch blocks on our dashboard of different size?
Perhaps one that is 10% and one that is 90% of screen size?

We're new to dashboard, and I don't see anything obvious in the view builder or on IBI tech support.

Thanks!

Open the View. Select the page. Click on Page Layout.

Change the block column percentage with the - + buttons.

I'm sorry, I need the block height to be adjustable disproportionately, not the width of the columns.

For example, I've got one column...and a total of two launch blocks on this tab. i want to make one block 90% and the other 10%.

Thanks for your patience.

Well, the ViewBuilder does not have that option for some weird reason.

But the following may work:

Add this code to the body of the html page contained in the top frame:

<body onLoad='parent.document.body.rows="10%,*";'>

This should change the height of the top frame to 20 pixels, from the ViewBuilder defaulted 50%.

Please let me know if this works in a frameset generated by ViewBuilder - it works in a simple frameset I created.

My simple suggestion may not work if the View generated by ViewBuilder uses nested framesets to show the banner as well as as the content.

Please see this reference for more on resizing frames: http://www.webreference.com/dhtml/diner/frresize/

this is a pretty complicated little fix.
I'll get back with you when we implement it.

Thanks so much for you help.
