I am not able to RIGHT JUSTIFY acrosscolumn.
Can anyone help me on this.

Here is my styling code.
ON TABLE SET STYLE *
INCLUDE=landscp,
RIGHTGAP=0.10,
LEFTGAP=0.04,
TOPGAP=0.20,
BOTTOMGAP=0.20,
SIZE=10,
$
LEFTMARGIN=0.5, RIGHTMARGIN=0.5, $
TYPE=DATA, TOPGAP=0.05, BOTTOMGAP=0.10, JUSTIFY=RIGHT, SIZE=10, $
TYPE=DATA, COLUMN=P1, JUSTIFY=LEFT, $
TYPE=DATA, COLUMN=P2, JUSTIFY=LEFT, $
TYPE=DATA, ACROSSCOLUMN=N1, COLOR=RED, WHEN=CNT_YTD_TOT LT 0, $
TYPE=DATA, ACROSSCOLUMN=N1, STYLE=BOLD, WHEN=STYLE EQ 1, $
TYPE=ACROSSVALUE, JUSTIFY=CENTER, STYLE=BOLD, BACKCOLOR=&COLOR_THEME_RGB, BORDER-TOP=OFF, BORDER-BOTTOM=OFF, TOPGAP=0.05, BOTTOMGAP=0.00, $
TYPE=SUBTOTAL, BACKCOLOR=&COLOR_THEME_RGB, COLOR=WHITE, $
TYPE=SUBTOTAL, ACROSSCOLUMN=N1, COLOR=RED, STYLE=BOLD, WHEN=CNT_YTD_TOT LT 0, $
ENDSTYLE

I used TYPE=DATA, ACROSSCOLUMN=N1, JUSTIFY=RIGHT, $
but it is not working.

Perhaps one of your conditional style rules overrides it?
If that's the case, you can probably do something like:
DEFINE FILE YADAYADA
DUMMY/I1 = 0;
END
TABLE FILE YADAYADA
...
TYPE=DATA, ACROSSCOLUMN=N1, JUSTIFY=RIGHT, WHEN=DUMMY EQ 0,$
...
