whats a good rule of thumb for the max #agents to set in the eda config file?
thoughts, pointers?

I would guestimate the number of transactions that would be expected to hit at the peak time and set a number accordingly. Don't forget that each combobox populated by IBIRLS2 javascript uses an agent (albeit for a miniscule amount of time but one still needs to be free!). You also need to take into account longer runnning reports that are not deferred.

My current Client has a couple of hundred users but the transaction rate is quite low so 5 agents is normally sufficient with a max setting of 10 to allow for peaks.
