Hi Tara O,

Are you referring to the "session expired" message? If so, you can change the timeout value by referencing the following steps:

1. Log into the Reporting Server console using an administrator ID.
2. Click on Workspace.
3. Expand Special Services and Listeners.
4. Right click on HTTP and select Properties.
5. Expand Advanced and change SESSION_EXPIRATION to a new value.
6. Scroll down on that window and click on the "Save and Restart Server" button.

If you're referring to another setting, please let me know.

Cheers! Smiler

Kathryn
