[Solved] Suppress mouse over labels on active report graphs

Hello, I've looked around but not found anything on this topic. I have a need to suppress the labels that display when a user mouses over a bar, line, etc. on active report/dashboard charts.

This is specifically for an active dashboard, created as a compound document, that will be saved off as an HTML file for distribution (AHTML format).

Does anyone know of any tricks or settings that can suppress the labels?

Should be in some active related js files and need to remove/comment out Tooltip options. For instance, ardefchart.js may be the one for it. It's better to check with IBI.

Thanks, our regional customer solutions group has been looking into this and thus far has not come back with anything, so I thought I'd post here.

We have an enterprise-wide installation that supports many groups so unfortunately I can't go in and modify core .js files but I appreciate the suggestion.

Thanks for the suggestions. I had played around with those jschart options in the past, tried making the tool tips HTML, etc. and at the time many of the options were not affecting active chart output. However, just for the heck of it I tried adding

setToolTipDisplay(false);

again today and I'll be darned if it didn't work! I didn't add any of the GRAPH_JS series code as whenever I tried using series:[ ] parameters in the past I just got javascript errors from the browser.

Our IBI person was also surprised that it worked for an active report chart as he had not had any luck with that parameter in active reports when he was looking in to ways to help me, he wanted to see the code for the chart. I guess it's my lucky day! Thanks.

Just a little more info, the car file code does not run for me with the GRAPH_JS code, this error occurs:
