Thanks hammo1j but we are using version 7.1.4. and I'm also I beginner so I'm like at a total lost here. :-( I will continue to search on here and see if i can find what I'm missing. Again thank you.
Have you tried using the HTML Layout Painter? If you set your WHERE clause to be WHERE LOC_CD EQ &LOC_CD, when you embed your report in the Layout Painter it will allow you set the &LOC_CD parameter as a multi-select and include an ALL option.
