When I Define and Compute on a Measure within a Synonym they populate into their respective folders. But I would rather have them be displayed in the same Measure Group as the Real Field they were created off of.

Does anyone know how to do this?

Thanks!

If you create a Business View on your master file you can create your own folders and place the fields/defines/computes where ever you want.

After cursory review I don't a way to create a Business View on AS or the Web Console. Do you have instructions or a source I could refer to?

Refer to this document
BusinessView

And searching "Business view" in knowledge base will give you other references

I can create the Business view on car.mas, but when I go to my cube synonym, I don't have the required options.

Thoughts?
