We are using Mainframe Focus 7.6.5 Does anyone know if there is a system variable that can be used in the job card of the JCL for the account number associated to the user submitting the job ? Or can FOCUS capture that info and pass it to the JCL ? Instead of hard coding the account number in the job card of the JCL I would like it to be that of the person submitting the job. This message has been edited. Last edited by: <Kathryn Henning>,
It is possible to use a variable in the job card. However, I have not seen it in the account number.I have seen the following system variable used: NOTIFY=&SYSUID on the jobcard.
