Fadi..

If you have a FLASH developer, they might be able to help.. We have a Human Factors team that develops all sorts of these goodies for us.
They created a FlASH component that is display inside the browser window that is basically a revolving arrow.. and it stays on the page until the report is display.

It uses CSS to control its display. I don't have the source code, but if you have someone on staff who knows CSS and FLASH they should be able to help.
